Skyway
invented the famous Tuff-Wheel, and that's literally
the most famous bmx wheel ever. After the introduction
of 48-spoked wheels, riders lost interesst in
the so called mag wheels. Nowadays with the
retro-style and oldchool-hype, the wheels are
becoming popular again. Skyway USA still produces
wheels out of the same high quality nylon and
graphite as back in the days. Only the hubs
has been improved to sealed bearings, 14mm option
and even flip-flop design for smaller sprockets.
If you are an oldschool builder or collector,
if you like retro style, or if you're just a
little bit lazy when it comes to tightening
your spokes and trueing your wheels, then TUFFs
